From 2010 to 2020—a decade that marked Tonghe’s rapid development and a decade of relentless efforts by the Tonghe team. To express gratitude for the years of hard work and unwavering support from our veteran employees, on the afternoon of April 20, 2021, the company organized an award ceremony and employee symposium themed “Ten Years of Shared Struggles, Forging Brilliant Achievements,” honoring employees who have made significant contributions over the past decade.
Company Chairman Ma Xiaofeng presented the 10-year service certificates and commemorative gold coins to the veteran employees one by one, and also participated in this symposium.
At the symposium, Chairman Ma Xiaofeng praised the veteran employees for their unwavering dedication over the past decade and expressed gratitude for their hard work and commitment. The "Decade of Contribution Award" is both an honor that recognizes their past achievements and a fresh starting point. He encouraged the veteran employees to continue inspiring those around them with positive energy and to play an active leading role in their future endeavors. While being “veteran” is a great honor, it also comes with certain limitations. In the blink of an eye, ten years have passed, yet it feels like only yesterday. The veteran employees were filled with deep emotions, expressing gratitude for the broad platform the company has provided, for their colleagues who have fought alongside them, and for their own perseverance and dedication. It was because we shared the same values that we chose to walk together; it was precisely our mutual trust that has enabled us to move forward side by side until today. Although having spent a long time alongside the company, we’ve earned the title “veteran”—but being veteran doesn’t mean becoming complacent or relying on past achievements. In this era of openness and innovation, in an age brimming with talented individuals, we must constantly maintain a sense of urgency and crisis, continually free our minds and embrace new knowledge. Only then can we stay in sync with the times, keep pace with the company’s development, and ensure that we continue to shine brightly in this ever-changing, fiercely competitive world.
