Tonghe Technology’s “Integrating Knowledge with Action, Lifelong Learning—Mid- and High-Level Special Training Program” 2021 Session I has successfully concluded.
As the new year ushers in a fresh spring tide, we’re busily “recharging” ourselves to usher in a new cycle of growth. To further build a high-quality management team and enhance the company’s overall competitiveness, Tonghe Technology’s first “Integrating Knowledge with Action—Lifelong Learning for Mid- and Senior-Level Executives” special training program was held from March 26 to March 27 in the company’s fifth-floor auditorium. Members of Tonghe Technology’s leadership team and those from its subsidiary, Howay Power, as well as mid- and senior-level managers, participated in the training.
On March 26, the company’s “Integrating Knowledge with Action: An Advanced Training Program for Middle and Senior Managers” was successfully launched. At the opening ceremony, Dong Shunzhong, General Manager of Tonghe Technology, delivered a motivational speech to kick off the training program. Mr. Dong pointed out that knowledge is the starting point of action, and action is the fulfillment of knowledge—integrating knowledge with action has always been the behavioral guideline that the Board of Directors expects the management team to put into practice. He emphasized that management is a process of practical implementation, and to do this process well, we need the guidance of theory. Therefore, everyone must fully recognize the importance of this learning opportunity, strictly abide by the rules of study, demonstrate initiative and creativity, strive to acquire skills through learning, apply what they’ve learned in practice, and endeavor to become managers who are ambitious, innovative, and willing to take responsibility.

This training session features instructor He An, a seasoned practitioner in mid-level management training under the MTP framework. The program employs a variety of teaching methods, including theoretical lectures, sharing of management insights, and interactive learning and discussions. Instructor He delivered specialized sessions covering topics such as the quality model for effective managers, role awareness, and the development of motivation, empowerment, and authorization control—offering content that is both rich and highly practical. Throughout the course, numerous vivid and real-world case studies were integrated, making the material accessible and easy to grasp for participants.
Participants in the training program unanimously expressed that this workshop not only provided theoretical knowledge but also incorporated practical case studies, making it highly targeted and rewarding. It has effectively broadened their horizons and will serve as a powerful guide for their future work!
