As Tonhe Technology continues to refine its technological capabilities, Tonhe Thermal Management has been honored to be invited to attend the EAC 2024 Automotive Industry Conference.
The group’s powerful enabling capabilities were on full display at the exhibition, where Tonhe Thermal Management showcased its latest solutions and products, engaging in in-depth exchanges and collaborations with industry peers. This not only highlighted the group’s strong long-term development potential but also contributed to technological innovation in thermal management applications.
Safe and reliable, specially designed for heavy-duty trucks, Tonhe’s thermal-management DC/DC converters feature die-cast housings with independent exterior designs. This structural design ensures that the products meet the highest levels of dust- and water-proof ratings—IP68 and IPX9. To further enhance the product’s protection capabilities, we have adopted advanced potting technology, making our products among the smallest self-cooling devices available on the market. In addition, these products have undergone rigorous testing and can withstand vibration intensities as high as 98 m/s², guaranteeing stable operation even in harsh environments characterized by intense vibrations, such as those found in heavy-duty trucks and mining trucks. They fully meet the demanding operational requirements of these challenging conditions. This achievement not only underscores our technical prowess in product design and manufacturing but also demonstrates our deep understanding of and keen attention to customer needs.
The next-generation product features an integrated design that helps customers reduce costs and improve efficiency. Tonhe’s thermal management products integrate the DC unit, compressor controller, and PTC controller into a single package. This design significantly simplifies the complex wiring connections among various components in the thermal management system, effectively reducing system installation and maintenance costs. By implementing this integrated solution, we have not only dramatically reduced the cumbersome cable connections, enhancing the overall reliability and neatness of the thermal management system, but also eliminated the need for wiring work and associated costs between the power components of the thermal management system.
