Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales of the company’s power supplies and related products;
2. Based on individual performance metrics, develop potential key accounts and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Based on the department’s business objectives, pricing structure, and sales policies, ensure the smooth recovery of receivables.
4. Maintain open communication channels with customers to stay abreast of their requirements at all times; promptly assist in handling customer objections and complaints to meet the needs of the business’s long-term development.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, automation, engineering, or a related field;
2. Familiar with the sales models for power modules, communication power supplies, and photovoltaic inverters; capable of independently managing projects; candidates with existing customer resources are preferred.
3. Possesses extensive sales experience, solid negotiation skills, strong influence and persuasion abilities, excellent learning capacity, and robust analytical and judgment skills; also demonstrates strong capabilities in customer relations, information gathering, and market development.
4. Possesses strong overall qualities and demonstrates excellent stress tolerance and adaptability.
