Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct investor relations management-related tasks, assist in investor communications, and maintain investor relations.

2. Assist in organizing and preparing investor relations-related activities such as earnings calls, roadshows, and reverse roadshows;

3. Participate in the research, due diligence, data collection, and feasibility analysis of investment projects (including overseas investments);

4. Assist in preparing investment research reports, feasibility study reports, and other related documents, and assist in drafting project implementation plans and action plans.

5. Conduct full-process tracking of investment projects and assist with post-investment management.

6. Based on market changes and the company’s strategic objectives, assist in proposing investment directions and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Law, Financial Management, Power Electronics, or a related field;

2. Familiarize yourself with the relevant laws and regulations governing listed companies, and possess strong written communication skills.

3. Proficient in using various office software;

Overseas Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in and promote the company’s products in overseas markets, leverage existing platforms to gather market intelligence, and engage in negotiations with customers, among other activities.

2. Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas market customers, and achieving annual sales targets.

3. Responsible for handling customer phone calls, emails, inquiries, and orders.

1. Responsible for the development of power module loop control algorithms, application layer, and communication software.

2. Responsible for software debugging during the development of power modules and collaborating with hardware engineers to complete product design.

4. Conduct electrical performance debugging of the power module and resolve on-site application issues.

5. Responsible for preparing and archiving relevant software technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s degree preferred), majoring in power electronics and power transmission, electrical automation, control engineering, or related fields;

2. Possesses solid foundational knowledge in analog circuits, digital circuits, C/C++, and DSP assembly language programming;

3. Familiar with one of the relevant circuit simulation software programs, such as PSIM or MATLAB.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the hardware portion of the company’s switch-mode power supply products.

2. Complete the schematic design, component selection, PCB design, and documentation preparation according to the project plan.

3. Collaborate with personnel from structural, process, layout, and thermal design teams to complete the relevant design tasks for the project.

4. Assemble the entire machine, debug individual circuit boards, and perform overall machine debugging and testing. Collaborate with the testing team and small-batch production personnel on debugging and testing tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as power electronics, electrical engineering, electronics, or automation;

2. Possesses a solid foundation in basic knowledge such as analog circuits and digital circuits;
