Caring for Employees | Caring starts with health—our company is organizing a comprehensive health checkup for all employees.
To solidly advance Party history study and education and effectively translate learning outcomes into concrete actions that address employees’ practical needs and solve their challenges, the company’s trade union is focusing on health checkups—issues that employees care deeply about. On June 18, we invited the Great Wall Health Checkup Center to come to the company for on-site health checkups.

The company’s union has actively responded to the calls from the majority of employees. Based on recent analysis of company-wide health check-up data, it has assessed employees’ physical health conditions and, in conjunction with hospital recommendations, made optimizations. The 2021 Employee Health Examination Plan strengthens screening for liver function, the four lipid parameters, pulmonary tumors, the three renal function indicators, arterial sclerosis, and TCT tests for women.

Thoughtful design and personalized checkups make early screening more accurate.
For populations at potential risk of different diseases, the company has engaged in thorough communication with physical examination centers and developed personalized check-up plans tailored to employees’ gender, age groups, marital status (married or unmarried). This approach ensures that disease prevention, early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment are more scientifically accurate and effective.

Warm-hearted service makes it easier for employees to access health care.
First, we’ve coordinated with the physical examination center to allow employees on business trips or on leave to flexibly schedule their check-ups within the validity period of the service, effectively addressing the issue of being unable to participate in centralized physical exams due to being off-site. Second, employees’ family members can undergo the physical exam together with the employees, resolving the problem of employees neglecting their family members’ health conditions because of work and ensuring that employees can achieve success both at work and in their personal lives.
To ensure the successful implementation of this employee health examination, the company’s union has developed a detailed implementation plan tailored to employees’ actual work conditions, ensuring that both work and medical checkups proceed smoothly without any conflicts.
This health check-up not only reflects the company’s people-oriented talent philosophy but also demonstrates its deep care for employees, allowing them to genuinely feel the warmth of a family. At the same time, the company will continue to improve its occupational health protection system, promote correct health concepts, and enhance employees’ awareness of self-care, thereby enabling them to devote themselves to their respective jobs with good physical health, enthusiastic spirits, and stable mental attitudes, and to maintain harmonious, stable, and healthy development.
