Xibaipo was once the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In Earth Chairman Mao and the Party Central Committee directed the three major campaigns that determined China’s destiny from Xibaipo, convened the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee and the National Land Conference—both of which were of profound historical significance—and thus forged...
