40kW low noise Ultra-high Efficiency 97% EV charger module


TH40F10030C9E-WT is a high efficiency and high power density power module specially developed for charging piles by Tonhe Technology.</br> It supports 270Vac ~ 490Vac three-phase four-wire system (three-phase +PE) input, the maximum power is 40kW, and the default output constant power range is 300Vdc ~ 1000Vdc.</br> The monitoring unit/control unit of the charging system CAN communicate with the charging module through the CAN bus, and can realize the functions of the working parameter setting, operation parameter collection and working state control of the charging module based on the communication.</br>

DC Charge Controller(THCDKZQ-D2)


The dual-gun DC charging controller is the core component of charge control and monitoring inDC charging pile. The controller is simple in design and flexible in use, conforming to lECstandards and meeting the needs of the mainstream market. The dual-gun DC charging controller uses DC12V power supply, and realizes the communicationbetween the controller and OCPp operating platform and vehicle BMS; The charging process ismonitored and controlled in real time to ensure the safety of the whole charging process.

AC Charger Controller(THACKZQ)


The controller can be used as the control core of single-phase 3.5kW, 7kW and three-phase 11kW, 22kW charging piles. Support communication with OCPP operating platform, in line with lEC standards, to meet overseas market needs.
