The European market is seeing a surge in demand. The European Union has announced a complete ban on the sale of fuel-powered vehicles (including hybrids) starting in 2035, allowing only zero-emission vehicles (fully electric or hydrogen-powered). Advanced thermal design significantly lowers power module noise, while the use of double-sided PCB gel-filling technology effectively protects against dust and moisture, making it adaptable to complex and varied environments.

30kW Unidirectional DC/DC Power Module Meets the Market's Storage and Charging Demands
The 30kW unidirectional DC/DC power module features ultra-high efficiency (peak efficiency >98%) and ultra-low noise (as low as 55dB). It includes a pre-charging circuit to ensure zero inrush current. The power module is highly suitable for energy storage and charging applications, including DC busbars and mobile charging vehicles. While ensuring quiet operation, its high efficiency helps customers reduce electricity costs and avoid energy waste.


Pioneering Dual-Sided Gel-filling Technology Greatly Enhances Reliability
In terms of reliability, Tonhe Technology is a pioneer in promoting dual-sided gel-filling technology, which has gained widespread recognition from customers. By using viscous silicone rubber to form barriers around the PCB and then covering it with more fluid silicone gel to a thickness of 2.5mm, the power module’s fault rate in harsh environments is significantly reduced. Compared to the commonly used single-sided, partial gel-filling, or three-proof protective methods, this approach enhances reliability and reduces failure rates due to contamination by over 70%.
