The liquid-cooled charging modules feature multiple levels of liquid-electric isolation, integrated die-casting, explosion-proof, smoke-retardant, and anti-condensation designs, ensuring product reliability. The Taihang Series 30kW charging module, combining high performance with distinctive features, exemplifies Tonhe Technology’s precision and rigor. Specifically, the charging module operates with noise levels as low as 55dB at full load. Even under extreme conditions, with temperatures as high as 60°C, the charging module maintains stable power output, ensuring reliability and stability in various complex environments, providing strong support for global users.

Taihang Series 40kW: High Efficiency with Low Noise
Targeting the overseas market, Tonhe Technology introduced the Taihang Series 40kW charging module. This product incorporates magnetic integration technology, reducing the size of magnetic components by 30%, and employs SiC power semiconductors in both the front and rear stages, significantly enhancing efficiency. At typical voltages of 400V, 800V, and 1000V, the full-load efficiency exceeds 96.5%, with peak efficiency over 97.2%. Such high efficiency also results in excellent noise performance, with full-load noise levels as low as 60dB at normal temperatures. With standby reactive power under 10Var, it also offers cost savings on AC contactors for customers.
