From October 15 to 17, 2019, the 11th Germany (Munich) European New Energy Vehicle Fair (eMove360° Europe 2019) was opened in Munich New International Exhibition Center, Germany. The exhibition focuses on vehicles (electrification, networking of vehicles, autonomous driving), charging and energy, batteries and powertrains, urban and mobility design, materials and engineering. As a Chinese charging module enterprise, Tonhe Technology, together with the world's top brands such as Tesla, ABB, Siemens and Delta, exhibited their advanced technologies and products at the exhibition.
At this year's expo, more than 300 top manufacturers in the field of electric vehicles showcased their latest technological achievements and commercial products to the audience. Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, PORSCHE, ABB, IES and CHAdeMO Association demonstrated their latest and higher power DC high power fast charging pile or alternating direct hybrid charging pile.
Tonhe Technology has brought three charging module prototypes of different models to the exhibition, including 20kW constant power, 30kW, and 20kW charging modules. Because of its module small size, large power, exquisite design, and in line with the CE standard, it has been favored by many exhibitors.
During this period, many prospective customers were obtained, and prototype orders and intended orders were signed on site. Arrange prototype testing after the exhibition with several European manufacturers.
Since 2007, Tonhe Technology has been focusing on the core components of automobile charging piles, mainly producing charging modules used by charging piles and providing overall solutions. Give full play to the technical advantages of Tonhe Technology in the field of power supply for more than 20 years.
It is because of this foundation that Tonhe Technology can create 20kW constant power charging module and 30kW high power density charging module series products specially used for DC charging piles. In particular, the 20kW constant power charging module, which was first launched in early 2019, launched products that meet the "State Grid 330-750V constant power". Due to its high conversion efficiency, excellent product performance and obvious cost advantages, it quickly seized the high-end high-power DC fast charge market. And successfully obtained the CE certificate, is gradually promoted to overseas markets.
In the past, European products were synonymous with high quality and high performance. But now, with the Chinese government's strong support for new energy vehicles, Chinese enterprises are catching up, and the charging pile related products developed in China have reached the international level. Moreover, since the labor cost in China is much lower than that in Europe, the cost-performance advantage of Chinese products is very obvious. This time, the charging module of Tonhe Technology will debut in Europe, and the Chinese brand, as the core component of charging equipment, will represent "serving global users".
