The TH750H80NZ-A power module is an AC/DC power supply specifically designed for data center HVDC systems. It features a nominal voltage of 750 V, a rated power of 60 kW, and a peak efficiency exceeding 98%. With its high power density, it significantly reduces the footprint of power equipment. The module employs a double-sided automated potting process, ensuring high reliability, supports hot-swapping under load, and incorporates functions such as independent current sharing and cold‑start capability down to –40 °C. It complies with the requirements of standards including YD/T 2378, YD/T 3088, YD/T 3089, and GB/T 38833.
