It features a nominal voltage of 750 V, a rated power of 30 kW, and a peak efficiency exceeding 98%. The module employs a double-sided automated potting process, ensuring high reliability, supports hot‑swapping under load, and incorporates advanced features such as independent current sharing and cold‑start capability down to –40°C.
