Product Introduction
The pre-charge three-in-one module integrates a pre-charge module, a DC/DC module, and a PTC control module. Its main functions are:
(1) Precharge Module: Performs precharging on the 280–850 Vdc power supply and provides power to the DC-DC module and the compressor.
(2) DC/DC module: Converts 350–800 Vdc DC power into 27.5 Vdc DC power to supply power to fan and pump loads;
(3) PTC control module: Shares an 80A fuse with the precharge module to supply power to the PTC.Product Features
(1) The product uses a molded enclosure that can meet the high IP67 protection rating in mass production;
(2) Small in size, lightweight, and easy to install;
(3) Wide input range of 280–850 Vdc, compatible with multiple voltage platforms;
(4) The system’s operating environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to 65℃. The DC-DC converter features intelligent overtemperature-limiting power protection and overtemperature protection functions, among others.
(5) Equipped with PTC current detection functionality, it can report PTC output power in real time with an accuracy of up to ±2%.
(6) Equipped with active discharge function; active discharge time < 2s.
(7) Equipped with features such as pre-charge load-startup protection, overcurrent protection, overpower protection, and relay sticking detection.
(8) Equipped with PTC overcurrent protection function
(9) Precharge with load-off function
(10) The rectifier diode at the input end effectively prevents triple-phase circulating currents and significantly reduces ripple current.
