THQND2000-27 Series

The THQND2000-27 series products are on-board DC/DC converters designed to support the thermal management system for electric vehicle batteries. They convert the high-voltage power from the动力电池 into a low-voltage 27.5VDC, which can supply power to low-voltage devices such as low-voltage batteries, fans, water pumps, and BMS systems within the battery thermal management system.

    The THQND2000-27 series products are on-board DC/DC converters designed to support the thermal management systems of electric vehicle batteries. They convert the high-voltage power from the battery pack into a low-voltage 27.5VDC, which can supply power to low-voltage devices such as low-voltage batteries, fans, water pumps, and BMS systems within the battery thermal management system. This DC-DC converter features an input voltage range of 200–750VDC, with a rated input voltage of 540VDC, a rated output of 27.5VDC, and a rated output power of 2000W.

    Product Features

    1) The product features a sheet-metal enclosure that can meet the high IP67 protection rating for mass production;
    2) Wide-range input of 200–750VDC, compatible with multiple voltage platforms;
    4) The system’s operating environment temperature is -40℃ to 65℃, with intelligent temperature derating and overtemperature protection.
    5) Maximum efficiency ≥ 92.5%;
    6) Uses air-cooling, suitable for a wide range of environments, and provides reliable heat dissipation.
    7) Equipped with protection features including output short-circuit protection, output overvoltage protection, input overvoltage protection, input undervoltage protection, reverse connection protection for the input, and overtemperature protection;
    8) Surge (impulse) immunity (Level 3): For differential-mode input, 1000V, positive polarity, half-wave duration of 50 microseconds, 5 times; for common-mode input, 2000V, both positive and negative polarities, half-wave duration of 50 microseconds, 5 times. Performance requirement: B
